1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostCam ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License & Activation

GhostCam is licensed, not sold. Each activation key is valid for one device only. Sharing, reselling, or transferring license keys is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke licenses found to be in violation.

3. Device Requirements

GhostCam requires a rooted Android device with LSPosed framework installed for full functionality. Users are responsible for ensuring their device meets these requirements. Rooting may void your device warranty and is done at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use

GhostCam is intended for legitimate purposes only. Users agree NOT to:

• Use the Software for fraud, impersonation, or identity theft
• Violate any laws or third-party platform terms of service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
• Distribute modified versions without authorization
• Use the Software to harass, threaten, or harm others

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Due to the digital nature of activation keys, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

GhostCam is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to account bans from third-party platforms, loss of data, or business interruption.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to GhostCam for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or any reason at our discretion.
